Rev. Dr. Lorenza James has served as pastor of Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, since 1995. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama (B.A.), American InterContinental University (M. Ed.), and Northcentral University (Ed. D.). He is a veteran of the U.S. Army, attaining the active duty rank of captain. His love for God, church, and people has been the primary motivation for writing this narrative of why walking with God is necessary.
